Can I re-download without paying again?
Yes. If you go through the motions of “purchasing” this App again, iTunes will recognize that you have already paid for the App (if you use the same iTunes user account) and not charge you again.
The app crashes when I ______ What can I do?
There are always a few bugs that rear their ugly little head after our testing cycles have completed. If this happens to you, please contact us ASAP and let us know what you did to trigger the crash and if the crash is repeatable after you restart your iPhone. We do apologize for any inconvenience and you can be sure that we are squashing all known bugs on an ongoing basis. Incidently, many apps will crash from time to time due to a nearly full “shared” iPhone memory that all the apps use. A full restart will fix this.
Here is what we mean by ‘full restart’:
- Press the on/off button for at least 3 secs
- Slide the red slider to COMPLETELY turn the phone off
- Wait 5 seconds
- Press the on/off button to turn the phone on again
Why can’t I hear anything?
Make sure that both the device volume and the app volume are up and that mute or silence mode is not activated. Sometimes other applications (Enigmo, Pandora etc) will change the volume setting after using their app. Double check that both the device volume and the app volume are up.
PLEASE NOTE: The side button on the iPhone controls both the ringer volume and the device volume. If the side button is pressed when an app is not running, the side button only adjusts the Ringer Volume. You need to start the app, then adjust the device volume with the side button. Some apps also give you the option to adjust the app volume in the settings area.
